Wall of Youth Artworks at the 25th Annual National Arts Program Exhibit in the City of Cleveland.
Cudell Fine Arts recently hosted the City of Cleveland's National Arts Program exhibit, marking a remarkable 25-year milestone with the program. The exhibit ran from March 27 through April 24, 2026, drawing over 270 artists and more than 250 guests to the opening reception.
The exhibit welcomed participants from across the community, from young artists 12 and under to adult professionals, representing eight city departments and organizations including the Cleveland Municipal School District, the Rainey Institute, and City of Cleveland Residents. With over 1,000 people invited to participate, the program reflected the city's deep commitment to the arts at every level.
Judges Nikki Hudson, Michael Zelenka, and Sarah Esposito selected winners across five categories. Joseph Randolph earned the prestigious Best of Show honor, while Cameron Dolenc received the Art Education award. First place winners included Ann Vaughn (Amateur), Tammi Hanson (Intermediate), Alexander Miklus (Professional), Saimlyee Otero (Youth 12 & Under), and Esther Olorunyomi (Teen 13–18). The program also recognized Special Population and Youth 7 & Under participants, with top honors going to Dazale and Zaheim Williams, respectively.
The opening reception was a wonderful celebration attended by Councilwoman Nikki Hudson of Ward 11. Coordinators Ashley B. Guzina and Amanda Hedenberg worked tirelessly to organize this exhibit, continuing a quarter-century tradition of bringing Cleveland's artistic community together!
