"Leaving" is a photograph of dead leaves I picked up while walking. I like them for their color and structure. The title is a reference to their leaving their mother tree to decay and go back into the earth. Shot with iPhone 15, Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2024.

Red velvet cake for the jack-o-lantern with a red creamcheese filling, a chocolate base and the headstode was also chocolate with colored almond flavored buttercream...
