Charleston, WV Expands Eligibility

Coordinator Caroline Keeney organized the Sixth Annual National Arts Program® Exhibit for the City of Charleston, Kanawha County Courthouse employees, FestivALL committee members and their immediate family members. She was very hands-on in getting the exhibit prepared for opening day on June 17th.

A visit from Mayor Danny Jones added to the festivities at the awards reception which took place on June 22nd. This year the participants outdid themselves and should be extremely proud of the beautiful artworks they submitted. There were many standouts including a photograph by Betty Rivard, entitled "Drive-in In Winter-Calhoun County” which won First Place in the Professional Category.
