Dr. Roy C. Carriker joins the National Arts Program® Board of Trustees

Dr. Roy Carriker has joined the NAP as a member of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Carriker is very familiar with the National Arts Program's® mission and brings a wealth of business and financial knowledge to the table.

The Board of Trustees oversees the operations of the NAP and makes sure that all programs adhere to the rules of exhibit set forth by Founder, Mr. Leonard E.B. Andrews.
