Jurors get involved in the Los Angeles Superior Court, CA Show
This was the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Ninth Annual National Arts Program® Exhibit and once again the show was displayed throughout the Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Over 5000 people were invited to participate in this annual exhibit and each year it produces a tremendous collection of works from the employees and their family members.
This year’s exhibit was open from July 1st through August 19th, with the awards reception being held on July 22nd. Coordinator Pebbla Wallace welcomed everyone to their awards reception and invited Gloria Gomez, Director of Juror Services and Superior Court Judge Jacqueline Connor to take part in the ceremonies. As an added bonus to the standard awards, Pebbla incorporates a twist on the typical People’s Choice by awarding "Juror’s Choice Awards" which were also presented at the reception. The Juror’s Choice winners were chosen by the thousands of jurors who attend jury services in July. The NAP is proud to have a show at the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County and looks forward to their Tenth Anniversary show next year.
