The multi-purpose Performing Arts Center of Middle Township, which has hosted various events from circus acts to opera, will turn to art for three weeks when it exhibits the works of the winners of the county’s 11th annual National Arts Program.
PAC, which will celebrate its 20th anniversary later this year, will display the talents of a wide variety of the county’s artists in the lobby of the state-of-the-art facility from April 17 to May 10. The contest is sponsored by the Cape May County Culture and Heritage Commission and is one of only three of New Jersey’s 21 counties that are prresenting the nationally sponsored and acclaimed program, the other counties being Camden and Union. It will mark the fifth straight year that PAC will have hosted the event.
