NAP Participant Nominated for Tacoma's 2013 Foundation of Art Award
Scott Haydon is an event, portrait and wedding photographer born, living and working out of Tacoma. He loves photographing live shows put on by The Warehouse and he recently works with Broadway Center and Campus MLK to photograph First Night. He volunteers his services to an animal fostering organization, Kindred Souls Foundation.
Scott won the National Arts Program® in 2010 and is one of the nominees for the 2013 Foundation of Art Award. He has been an employee with the City of Tacoma for nearly five years; first with the construction division and now with Environmental Services. He loves being involved with his community and considers Tacoma to be his weird and amazing dysfunctional family. Scott especially appreciates participating in the amazing opportunities occurring throughout this great town. He hopes to continue to grow his work as a citizen, photographer, friend, husband and father. And if you can’t find him around town it’s probably because he’s gone fishing!
