A New Partnership for Camden County

For the last seven years, Camden County Culture and Heritage Commission, a branch of the Camden County Government, has been responsible for hosting the annual NAP exhibit.   With their eighth year came a number of changes including a new location and partnership with a longstanding beacon within the community.  Camden County Culture and Heritage Commission is now part of Camden County College (CCC), one of the largest, most comprehensive community colleges in New Jersey and the surrounding region.  This merger provides the Culture and Heritage Commission with a new space for visual arts exhibitions that is open to the public seven days a week.  In addition, the college is celebrating 45 years of enhancing the quality of life for the residents of Camden County making them a perfect fit for showcasing the NAP exhibit.

 

 

Even with all these wonderful changes, the Eighth Annual Camden County NAP Exhibit still featured a few constants. Not only were Camden County employees and residents still excited to have the opportunity to display their artwork in a public space, but longtime coordinator Sandra Turner-Barnes was still on hand to organize the show.

 

The exhibit is on display at the CCC Regional Emergency Training Center in Blackwood, NJ now through June 14th.
