The City of Cheyenne NAP Exhibit is held in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include City of Cheyenne employees, retirees, volunteers and their immediate family members as well as City of Cheyenne residents. The National Arts Program is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including awards totaling $3,450.
