Cleveland Ohio has record number of artists

 "Things have been hectic," says Chris Luciani, Coordinator for the City of Cleveland, OH National Arts Program.

Cleveland has 213 artists this year, a record amount for their 11th year with the program. Chris commented, "that the youth entries are especially amazing.
