Delivering Entries Employees can drop off artwork at any of the following delivery options. Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children: Drop-off will be available in the Basement Classroom on Tuesday, October 1 from 7:30am - 12:30pm. Huntsville Hospital: Bridge Classroom on Wednesday, October 2 from 7:30am - 12:30pm or Thursday, October 3 from 4pm - 7:30pm. Madison Hospital: Drop-off will be in the Madison Hospital Board Room on Friday, October 4 from 10am - 2pm. You may email melissa.lawson@hhysy.org to arrange an option for drop-off outside of the above dates and times.
- Reception & Awards A reception and presentation of awards will be held in the Huntsville Hospital tram hallway near the art display on October 17, 2024 from 5pm - 7pm.

Public Exhibit The exhibit is free and will be open to the public from October 11 - December 11, 2024. The exhibit is located in the tram hallway of Huntsville Hospital. Artwork from Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children will be displayed December 16, 2024 - January 29, 2025. Madison Hospital employees will be exhibited at Madison Hospital from December 16, 2024 - January 3, 2025.

Retrieving Entries All Huntsville Hospital employees must pick up their artwork at Huntsville Hospital Tram Hallway on Thursday, December 12 from 7:30am - 12pm or request your artwork to be delivered to your unit during this time. Please be advised that Arts in Medicine staff will be onsite to assist with retrieval. Please do not take down your artwork without speaking to a representative of AIM. All Huntsville Hospital for Women & Children employees will have their artworks returned to them from their appropriate departments on Thursday, January 30, 2025 from 8am - 12pm. All Madison Hospital employees may pick up their artwork by contacting Betty Madison (betty.madison@hhsys.org) starting on January 3, 2025. Neither Huntsville Hospital Health System nor The National Arts Program will be responsible for unclaimed works.

Liability Every attempt will be made to preserve, secure and protect each entry submitted; but neither the National Arts Program nor Huntsville Hospital Health System can be held responsible for damages, loss of art entries, or changes/cancellation of this exhibit due to low participation or any other unforeseen circumstances. The placing of art in the exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant with conditions herein set forth. The National Arts Program, Huntsville Hospital Health System and Huntsville Hospital Foundation reserve the right to publish for publicity purposes reproductions of the entries. The National Arts Program in Huntsville, AL is a public exhibit and photographing/filming of the exhibit is encouraged.
