Complete this entry form to participate in the 17th Annual Exhibit of The National Arts Program for Front Range, CO. There is no fee to enter the program. Space is limited. Only the first 120 entries will be accepted.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be a current resident living within a 50 mile radius of Parker, CO.
  • Only 1 entry per artist will be admitted.
  • All entries submitted must be the original work of the applicant completed within the last three years and not previously submitted.
  • The National Arts Program and the Parker Artists Guild reserve the right to disqualify any entries they consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate for a public exhibit.

Entries
  • Entrants may submit only entries which fit into the listed medium categories.
  • All artwork will need a NAP identification label placed on the back (provided at drop off).
  • All 2-dimensional entries should be matted, framed and/ or ready to hang with wire securely on the back and must measure no more than 24" in either direction, including frame or weight more than 25 pounds.
  • All 3-dimensional entries must be no more than 12” wide, 12” deep and 24” high or weigh more than 75 pounds. We only have 6 pedestals and they will not accommodate anything larger.
  • Artwork that does not meet size limitations or specifications will be disqualified before judging.

  • Deadline This Registration Form must be received no later than January 4, 2025. Space is limited. Only the first 120 entries will be accepted.
  • Delivering Entries All entries must be delivered to The Schoolhouse located at 19650 East Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138 on Saturday, January 18, 2025 between 9am - 4pm.
  • Reception & Awards A reception and presentation of awards will be held at The Schoolhouse on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 4:30pm - 7pm.
    • Prizes will be awarded by classification:
      • Adult (Amateur, Intermediate and Professional): 3 - First Place Awards of $350; 3 - Second Place Awards of $250; and 3 - Third Place Awards of $150
      • Youth / Teen : 2 - First Place Awards of $150; 2- Second Place Awards of $100; and 2 - Third Place Awards of $50
      • Best of Show Award of $400 
      • Art Education Award of $200
    • Honorable Mention Ribbons will be awarded at the discretion of the judges.
    • Awards are limited to one cash award per artist per classification.
  • Public Exhibit The exhibit is free and will be open to the public from January 21 - April 3, 2025.
  • Retrieving Entries Each artist is responsible for retrieving their artwork from the Schoolhouse, 19650 East Mainstreet, Parker, CO 80138 on Thursday, April 3, 2025 from 7pm - 8:00pm following the reception. Artwork may also be picked up on Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 1pm - 5pm. No work is to be removed prior to the end of the exhibition. Neither the Parker Artists Guild, Parker Arts, nor the National Arts Program will be responsible for unclaimed works.
  • Liability Every attempt will be made to preserve, secure and protect each entry submitted; but neither the National Arts Program, the Parker Artists Guild, nor Parker Arts can be held responsible for damages, loss of art entries, or changes/cancellation of this exhibit due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances.  The placing of art in the exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant with conditions herein set forth.  The National Arts Program, Parker Artists Guild and Parker Arts reserve the right to publish for publicity purposes reproductions of the entries.  The National Arts Program in Parker, CO, is a public exhibit and photographing/filming of the exhibit is encouraged.
