Complete this entry form to participate in the 1st Annual Exhibit of The National Arts Program for all SEI employees. There is no fee to enter the program.

Your registration is not complete until you have clicked the ‘submit registration’ button and receive an automated confirmation email.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be an employee of SEI.
  • Only 2 entries per artist will be admitted.
  • All entries submitted must be the original work of the applicant completed within the last three years.
  • The National Arts Program and SEI reserve the right to disqualify any entries they consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate for a public exhibit. If your submission is not accepted you will be given the opportunity to select a different piece to enter, should you choose to.

Entries
  • Entrants may submit only two entries which fit into the listed medium categories.
  • All artwork will need an NAP identification label placed on the back (provided at drop off).
  • All 2-dimensional entries should be matted, framed and/or ready to hang with wire securely on the back.
  • When possible all 3-dimensional entries should be placed in a shadow box or otherwise prepared for hanging.
  • All work must measure no more than 48” in any direction or weigh more than 50lbs unless otherwise stipulated.
  • Artwork that does not meet size limitations or specifications will be disqualified before judging.

Rules of Exhibit
  • Deadline This Registration Form must be received no later than Friday, January 10, 2025.
  • Delivering Entries All entries must be delivered to SEI Corporate Headquarters, 1 Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, PA 19456 on Tuesday, February 3rd or Wednesday, February 4th. Note: All global or remote employee artwork entries will need to submit high resolution images of their artworks via email to culture@seic.com The image you email will be used for showcase purposes.
  • Reception & Awards A reception and presentation of awards will be held at SEI Headquarters on Thursday, February, 6 2024.
    • Prizes will be awarded by classification:
      • Amateur -First Place Award of $350; Second Place Award of $250; and Third Place Award of $150
      • Intermediate - First Place Award of $350; Second Place Award of $250; and Third Place Award of $150
      • Professional - First Place Award of $350; Second Place Award of $250; and Third Place Award of $150
      • Best of Show Award of $400 
      • Team Category - First, Second and Third Place Prizes will be awarded.
    • Honorable Mention Ribbons will be awarded at the discretion of the judges.
    • Awards are limited to one cash award per artist per classification.
  • Exhibit The employee exhibit will be on display from February 6, 2025 - February 6, 2026.
  • Retrieving Entries Each artist is responsible for retrieving their artwork. Pick up will begin during the week of February 9 - 13, 2026 and further details will be communicated via email closer to that time.  No work is to be removed prior to the end of the exhibition without prior approval. Neither SEI nor the National Arts Program will be responsible for unclaimed works.
  • Liability Every attempt will be made to preserve, secure and protect each entry submitted; but neither the National Arts Program nor SEI can be held responsible for damages, loss of art entries, or any changes/cancellation of this exhibit due to unforeseen circumstances. The National Arts Program and SEI reserve the right to disqualify any entries they consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate for a public exhibit. The placing of art in the exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the entrant with conditions herein set forth.  The National Arts Program and SEI reserve the right to publish for publicity purposes reproductions of the entries.  The National Arts Program at SEI Headquarters, PA is a public exhibit and photographing/filming of the exhibit is encouraged.
