Ezekiel Moriarty was born in 1999 and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, in the neighborhood of Dorchester. His fascination with art as a child led him to join the Massachusetts College of Art and Design’s Artward Bound high school program from 2013 to 2017, designed for students in the Boston Public School system.
An emerging artist, Ezekiel completed his bachelor of fine arts degree in sculpture in 2021. Material and historical analysis make up the basis of Ezekiel’s work, focusing on form and the intersection of materials in the work with a modicum of political and social commentary. He currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
