Beth Tucker

Accomplished, traditionally trained graphic designer, with a new found passion for sculpture. Beth Tucker began her professional artist career at The American University in Washington DC. From there, she became a successful graphic designer, establishing her own freelance graphics business. From there she found her way back to her creative roots and discovered a love for building and designing in three dimensions. She expanded her creative voice through the unique design of chairs. Beth expresses her art through the design and building of miniature, and full -size chairs. Through the use of a vast array of materials Beth evokes feelings, emotions, styles and concepts by telling stories through her chairs. Beth has several solo exhibits of her work currently on display in the Philadelphia region. Beth resides in West Chester, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia.
