Naomi Bays

Naomi Bays is visual artist focusing on photography, printmaking and small sculpture. She has been involved in Charleston’s art community over 18 years. Starting out as a volunteer at the city’s new art festival, FestivALL, Naomi has progressed into being the Public Art Chair and producing over 55 events in the past 5 years. As co-owner of ArtGawk, artwork installations in occupied and unoccupied storefronts, emerging artists have been nurtured in two neighboring cities. She has worked in two galleries in Charleston and is currently a volunteer curator of non-traditional exhibition space in a law office.
