Dan Fyles

The recipient of the 2009 Aurora Artists Guild Award, artist Dan Fyles, a native of Colorado, graduated from the Colorado Institute of Art and spent several years as a commercial artist for local newspapers and publications. He has always been fascinated by mixed watercolor media and has combined that with his love of Nature and the creatures around him.

Dan has been juried into many shows in Colorado and South Dakota including:

• City of Aurora Employees & Families Art Exhibit (2nd Place)
• Parkview Fine Arts Festival, Aurora (Honorable Mention)
• Buell Theatre, Aurora Artists Guild (Honorable Mention)
• Gateway to the Rockies Art
