12"x12" Acrylic. Not long after Memorial Day, I found a small flag laying in the rain gutter, picked it up, brought it home and washed it off and keep it on my drawing table. I recently watched the news of Hurricane Irene and saw the storm warning flags blowing along the coast. This painting was inspired by those two small events.
