Chad Lubbers

Chad Lubbers was born in 1966 in Burke, South Dakota and grew up hiking in the wooded
valleys along the Missouri river. Chad began drawing wildlife at an early age and by high school had accumulated hundreds of sketches and pen & ink works. Lubbers attended South Dakota State University in Brookings, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design while continuing to hone his drawing and painting skills. While in college
Chad also explored sculpture and the exciting world of abstract art.
