Artist Bio Julio Miguel Viteri was born in Mobile, Alabama, grew up living in Mobile and the birthplace of his parents Quito, Ecuador. Miguel currently lives and works in New Orleans, LA, as an architectural project manager for the City of New Orleans. He studied painting at Parsons School of Design in New York and Paris, France, and received a Masters Degree in Architecture from Tulane University in New Orleans. The artist has lived on the Riverside West Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans for about 17 years.
