I am a retired school teacher. I have a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut. Before entering the field of education, I worked in the Art industry in New York City, worked in several art galleries, and also worked as a custom picture framer. Since retiring, I've developed a style of fiber art which allows me to combine my love of beautiful fabric with my training as a painter.
