Barbara Ness was born in Seattle, Washington and enjoys painting in oils and acrylics. She is currently painting in oils and her subject matter is often from her own experience. She recently received an award for one of the paintings she exhibited in the National Arts Program Exhibit in Carlsbad, California. She graduated from UCLA in design and continues to pursue graphic design as a profession.
