Over 30 years ago I painted wood using some folk art techniques raised kids, got a career, and recently came back to painting. I decided to try oils. Frustrated, I sought out a teacher and have been working with Kathleen Lusby in Ormond beach for about a year. My passion for art shows in my classroom where I teach 3rd grade, my home, and various projects in my art room. I am looking to expand the passion into the community. I donated painted chairs for auction for a rehabilitation program. I look forward to many more projects.
