A lifetime resident of Salem, Virginia, (USA) Julie Riffey found her love of art at the age of five. * She has an Associate Degree in Fine Art from Virginia Western College and in the past, has taught children's art classes for 7 to 10 year olds. * Julie uses a variety of mediums: oil, acrylic, soft chalk pastel and pencil.
