Debra E. Johnson began her formal art training at Community College of Philadelphia in 2008. She has practiced using, charcoal, acrylic, pencil, soft pastels, and hard pastels. Her strength in drawing shows best with charcoal, but she is finding great satisfaction with acrylics as her brushes sweep across canvas.
