I enjoyed working on this piece, and I used colored pencils to add the colors and details. I want this piece to convey peacefulness and serenity, as we are often so busy and engrossed in our lives that we don't often have the time to calm down and enjoy the world around us. The soft snow and gentleness of this piece is something that I hope soothes the viewers and gives them a warm feeling inside.
