I use art to look closely; to connect with the natural world around me; and to share delight in animals, the outdoors, texture, repurposed objects, and more!
I upcycle scrap glass, tile, vintage jewelry, and figurines into mosaics and mixed media assemblages. I also collect sticks, rocks, broken glass, and rusty metal to make mixed media found object collages.
I believe in the importance of infusing our lives with color, finding beauty in the everyday, and giving used items a second chance.
