Andréa A. Champagne received a B.F.A. and M.A in Computer Animation from Savannah College of Art & Design. For the past 6 years, she has been working as a Visual Arts teacher, teaching a younger generation different types of art (animation, graphic design, fine arts..). Over the years, Andréa has watched the education industry change with more emphasis on the business side than education. With that being said, she feels that it is time to open a new door of opportunity in order to move towards her future goal of becoming a full-time artist in the next few years.

Painting
The painting displayed is of my dog, Ebony, who died in 2015 due to lymphoma cancer. At the time, I was pregnant with my son, but she stayed by my side until she got worst. She was my best friend and no one understood me more than she did.
