I have been an educator almost all of my life. Along the way I met a fellow faculty member who loved nature more than anyone I had ever known. She took me on a hike one day and the rest is history. It took one hike for me to begin to see the beauty of the world I lived in.
From that point on my camera and I became constant hiking companions. I loved flowers, trees, birds, clouds, rock formations, streams ... and above all butterflies.
