I am originally from Oregon, but fell in love with Arizona's Sonoran desert at first sight, and decided to make it my home. I was instantly fascinated with its unique flora and fauna, and seek to represent them in ways that do them justice, not just showing them from afar, but giving people an up-close and intimate view as well as highlighting the very relatable beauty in their flaws. I am equally enamored with our domesticated plants and animals, and enjoy painting my own, as well as creating quality commissioned portraits for others.
