I am a Children's Librarian in Boston by day and an artist, writer, and puppeteer by night. I tend to throw myself into one genre of creativity for a few months and then have a burst in another direction, but I always circle back through. Currently I enjoy mixed media artwork, particularly incorparating bits of old, discarded, and unwanted books.
I started this piece as escalating rhetoric stokes fears of nuclear war with North Korea and finished it after Nazis and white supremecists marched in Charlottesville.
