Cheryl has been painting with Oil's since moving to Colorado from Calgary, Alberta in 2001. Her favorite subject is landscapes. She is a member of the Greater Castle Rock Art Guild and was chosen to be the "feature artist" at the Gathering Place in Castle Rock, for the month of September, 2011.
Castle Pines Village is full of Bluebird boxes in an effort to improve the population of Bluebirds in the area. I captured this particular Bluebird box in a friend's backyard while attempting my first try at Plein Air Painting.
