Cindy Welch is a Colorado native and a resident of Castle Rock, CO for 25 years. Watercolor is her medium of choice with a passion for vibrant color while maintaining realism. She was recognized nationally in the books Splash 17 & 20 in 2016 & 2018 featuring the best of watercolor from around the world. She is a signature member of the Colorado Watercolor Society and Pikes Peak Watercolor Society.
