Self-taught - with art classes and lectures at museums in Paris, France (Orsay, Louvre) and New York (NY) ( MOMA, the MET, Guggenheim). Art is first of all for me a form of meditation, of self-reflection, a personal cloister for mindfulness, beauty, and escaping without leaving town. Two central themes I have been working on recently are a) Time (its perception, its astronomical and social determinism, and b) Rusalkas - to understand I recommended listening to, or at least reading the libretto of Dvořák's opera.
