Works on Paper
This is a 12" x 16" realistic pastel painting of my Papillon companion, Murphy, who is just about to fall asleep on my favorite blanket in a cozy corner of the room. It was painted on Canson Mi Tienes paper with artist quality pastels, the perfect medium to capture the softness of both the dog and the blanket.
