Hannah Pearson is a junior at Woodbridge High School in Greenwood, Delaware. She is a member of several organizations and clubs including the International Art Magazine ‘The Riff’ in which she is the assistant literary editor, FFA, Theater, and Concert Band. The time not spent on homework she spends working on writing, photography, and ideas to improve ‘The Riff’.

This zinnia is grow in a place that has nurished many childhood experiences in my life, I found my love for nature here, I found my love for every living creature here, and I found my love for family who many not necessarily be my blood. In the end, we all matter, in the end everything deserves love, and this valuable lesson was taught to me on the very soil where this zinnia is rooted.
