PHIL S. CUTTINO JR. aka "Jip.!" is a Philadelphia native hip hopper, who was instilled with all elements of Hip-Hop. He started performing in local talent shows. He as been consistent in building his brand and striving to see it succeed! Now as professional Cuttino is living out his dreams helping others live theirs.
