Jim Gilman is a Helena, Montana potter. Jim creates unique sculptural and functional ceramics out of his home studio. Jim primarily uses high fire techniques and glazes.
This hand built shell measures 21 1/2" H and 10" D. The glazes used are a high fire pumpkin glaze (exterior) and white liner (interior). The piece was fired in a gas kiln to cone 10.
