I am a glass and metal artist living in the Black Forest area of Colorado with my photographer husband, Daniel. My work encompasses fused glass, art jewelry, and stained glass utilizing copper foil and lead.
Primarily self-taught, I began my study of glass under the tutelage of fellow Colorado glass artist, Kate Loomiller. I have also studied under nationally known glass artists, Kent Lauer and Patty Gray. My metalworking teacher and mentor is Lexi Erickson, who has taught college level art jewelry classes and is a frequent contributor to Lapidary Journal. I have also taken metalsmithing workshops with Harold O'Connor.
