I worked for the City of Philadelphia for 29 years, retiring as Deputy Health Commissioner in 2014., I also served as Chief of Legislation for a City Councilman, Executive Director of the Commission on Human Relations, Associate Director of the Free Library of Philadelphia and Chief of Staff to the Managing Director. During a short break, I served as Regional Director of the the US Department of Health and Human Services. I took up photography in January 2013.
