I enjoy working with charcoal drawings and portraits, while naturally drawn to creating surrealist works of art with hidden undertones. I hope that people can connect with the artwork that I create, and can develop their own stories, emotions, and ideas. My art is created from what I feel, but I hope it is more about what the viewers feel. I focus on mental health and identity, with undertones of the emotions that come with being a black woman as well as having a Caribbean background.
