I became interested in black and white photography as an undergraduate student majoring in art history. I took a survey course the history of photography with the incredible Keith McElroy at the University of Arizona. I became particularly interested in the gelatin silver process and try to replicate the effect. I've coupled my photographic interest with an interest in architecture and architectural landscapes--I find skyscrapers fascinating.
