I use tissue paper rolled and use this as my paintbrush on canvas and paint the background. I love bright colors and this reminds me of when I was growing up. My dad owned a sign company and did the "Hair" Broadway Productions Sign. He gave me all the left over hot neon colors to play with. This is where my creativity began along time ago!
