I'm a self-taught artist who is still learning. I love being able to start with a blank slate and then end up with a creation at the end of the day. I live in the northern Michigan woods with my husband, Wayne, our spoiled cockapoo Lacey, and 2 cats - Sophie and Zoe. I find ample photo ops and subjects to paint in this beautiful place. I have ambitions of eventually being a crazy cat lady full-time. Some people might argue I've already reached that goal.
