My style of painting varies from the whimsical childlike art to the more serious portrait. Currently, I am being drawn toward abstract art, the blending of colors and light determines the outcome. Each person viewing my paintings will have their own interpretation.
When I completed a painting for a safe house, the feelings and perceptions began to flow once I started painting. I let myself image what the families might be feeling and thinking when they reached the safe house from their troubled home. As, I was trying to sleep, the whole picture formed in my mind.
