Sharla Jones

Sharla currently serves as Learning and Development Manager for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. As an accomplished Human Resources and Leadership Development professional, Sharla leads training and development programs for all leadership curriculum within the airport and manages the LearningHub, the airport’s learning management system. She has a reputation as a warm and caring facilitator who ensures her client groups have excellent learning experiences and are able to take that learning back to their jobs.
