As a child I was extremely mischievous; getting into paints, using nails, glue and whatever scraps I could find. Growing up, my dad was a handyman. He would often take me to work, give me wood, nails, a hammer and I would go to town. I’ve always been really intrigued with using my hands and making the images in my imagination come to life. I’ve always loved the human form and have found that body language portrays many hidden emotions. It is through this fusion of abstract fantasy and human form I find my voice, as well as myself.
