An essential part of art is creating something that catches the eye. I combine bright bold colors with whimsical images to create pieces that are vibrant and fun. Most of my pieces focus on animals and plants because of the dazzling variety of nature. All the colors, patterns, shapes, and textures serve as my inspiration. I use different mediums because of the range of effects that can be achieved. Some of my pieces are simple watercolor or acrylic paintings and others are mixed media collages. In each piece I try to create something that is colorful, quirky, and feels right.
