I am Thelathia Singleton artist, poet and author. I received my associates in Fine Arts and currently attend Queens University majoring in Art History. I published and Illustrated Gifted: A Collection of Poems Uplifting and Encouraging African-Americans. My painting journey began in 2017. I have had the pleasure to paint a mural for New Cutts Barbershop and commissioned to decorate and paint a rocking chair for Cultural Reading & Rhythms From The Rocker Program, a reading initiative hosted by Elements of Empowerment; Inc. I love art and I hope it shows in every piece I create.
