I create Abstract Food Paintings by combining tempera paint with instant pudding, flour, and water, or mixing sugar with tempera paint. The idea of mixing food with tempera paint originated when I created techniques enabling Adults with Developmental Disabilities, with my help, to paint Abstract Art to sell.I have found that these techniques also work well with individuals who have little or no artistic skills and want to create an art project in one easy session.
